State Grid Zhoukou Power Supply Company: "Thoughtful" Service Enhances Enterprise's Sense of Power Access
"In the past, if we encountered any electrical problems, we had to communicate with different departments and wait for a long time for the process to be completed. But now, we can simply approach our dedicated 'Chief Service Officer' to help us resolve all kinds of electrical issues," said the manager of Zhoukou Honggang Glass Co., Ltd. on June 28th, as State Grid Zhoukou Electric Power Company employees paid a visit.
In order to further optimize the business environment, State Grid Zhoukou Power Supply Company aims to eliminate management blind spots, unblock bottlenecks in the process, and address customers' pain points. On the one hand, it focuses on doing "subtraction" in terms of time, steps, and costs, and on the other hand, it does "addition" in terms of power supply reliability, so that customers can enjoy convenient, time-saving, and cost-effective services.
In terms of convenience, the Zhoukou Power Supply Company has recently introduced the "Sunshine Smart Electricity Service Center", which offers a more streamlined approach to routine electricity business. This includes a simplified "zero-certificate appointment, one-certificate acceptance and two-certificate settlement" process, which we hope will be a more user-friendly experience for our customers. We are pleased to report that we have been able to streamline the high and low voltage electricity data by 60% and 33% respectively, and that we have been able to obtain online information such as verification business license, identity documents and real- estate registration to realise hands-free data. We are working to simplify the link between electricity businesses and provide eight channels for electricity businesses, such as the government service network, the online national network and the WeChat official account. Our goal is to achieve the "one-line operation" by telegraph, to deepen the application of electronic signatures, electronic signatures and electronic contracts, and to realise the "one-time operation" for all 24 electricity businesses online. During the process of installing and repairing telegraphs, users are able to interact with the relevant parties through the online national network. This allows for the active sharing of information on the process of power operation, which is then made available to users in a clear and accessible format. This approach aims to provide users with greater peace of mind in relation to power operations.
In improving efficiency, State Grid Zhoukou Power Supply Company innovated the coordination mechanism of administrative examination and approval for power access projects, and reduced the time for administrative examination and approval. Implement the contract system for supporting project construction, actively carry out "zero project" and "live work", and greatly reduce the construction time of supporting projects. The time limit system for business processing will be implemented, and the time limit for low-voltage resident customers to handle electricity will be reduced to less than one working day, and the controllable link for high-voltage users' business processing will be reduced to less than 10 working days. Actively carry out the activity of "ten thousand people help ten thousand enterprises", adopt the methods of appointing people, enterprises and responsibilities, accurately serve key enterprise projects, establish a mechanism of regular consultation and supervising the cancellation of numbers, solve the problem of enterprise electricity consumption in time, and make users save more time.
In terms of cost reduction, Zhoukou Power Supply Company actively implemented the requirements of the superior documents, and comprehensively cleaned up 14 charging items such as instrument fee, compensation fee for metering device, setting metering fee for protection setting, and live working fee from customers in the power supply link. Increase investment in supporting projects for industrial expansion, invest in supporting intelligent power receiving equipment for high-voltage users, and implement "zero investment" for small and micro enterprise users, so that users can save more money
In the next step, State Grid Zhoukou Power Supply Company will continue to deepen the data exchange between government and enterprises and share electronic licenses, promote online reply of power supply schemes, online signing of power supply contracts and online application for completion inspection, promote the exemption of approval of standardized schemes, and continuously improve the level of power supply services, making new and greater contributions to the improvement of business environment in Zhoukou City.
